Hospice Organizations
Caring Circle, a Spectrum Health Lakeland affiliate, is dedicated to serving our neighbors throughout southwest Michigan. Organization offers quality-of-life focused continuum of care that includes Transitions, HouseCalls, Palliative Care, Hanson Hospice Center, Hospice at Home, Bereavement Care and Lory's Place.
Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan
Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan's mission is to guide and support individuals and their caregivers coping with illness, aging, dying and loss by providing compassionate medical, emotional, spiritual and personal care. Organization operates two hospice residences and Adult Day Services at Oakland Centre.
