Ronnie Gale Willoughby

Ronnie Gale Willoughby, 63, of Paw Paw passed away suddenly on Thursday, Oct. 17, 2013, at his home.

Ronnie was born May 3, 1950, in Wardell, Mo., to James and Virginia (Phillips) Willoughby.

Ronnie married the former Mary Farley on Nov. 13, 1981, and she survives along with two daughters, Ronda (Boyd Jr.) Bottenfield of Rice, Va. and Lisa Lee of Holland; a son, Ronnie Willoughby Jr. of Dowagiac; five grandchildren: Danielle, Doolie, Abigayle, Juliana and Josi; and one great-grandchild, Bentley. Ronnie is also survived by his mother, Virginia Willoughby of Hartford; a brother, Rickey Willoughby of Watervliet; and three sisters: Gwendolyn (Creight Jr.) Smith of Coloma, Pamela Willoughby of Kalamazoo and Carol Anchor of Hartford. His father, James, preceded him in passing.

The family will welcome friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 21, at the Calvin Funeral Home in Hartford, where the service to honor his memory will take place at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22, with Deacon Arthur Morsaw officiating. Burial will follow in Keeler Cemetery, Keeler Township. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations in Ronnie's name be made to either the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
