Rigoberto Calvillo Diaz

Rigoberto Calvillo Diaz, of Hartford, was born on Oct. 29, 1974, in Morelia, Michoacan, Mexico, the son of Nicolasa Calvillo.

Rigoberto passed away at the age of 48, on Saturday, Oct. 14, 2023, at his home.

Rigoberto leaves behind to cherish his memory his life partner, Tereza Antonio-Andres; five children: Diana Mateo, Carmen Calvillo, Rigoberto Calvillo Jr., Evelin Calvillo and Elide Calvillo Pena; four grandchildren; his mother, Nicolasa Calvillo Diaz; two sisters: Angelica Calderilla Calvillo and Tayde Calderilla Calvillo; and grandfather, Jesus Calvillo Martinez.

Rigoberto was preceded in passing by a brother, Jose Calderilla Calvillo; and grandmother, Maria del Carmen Diaz Hernandez.

The family will receive friends from 5-6 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 20, at the Iglesia Misionera Bethel de Hartford Church. A service to honor his memory will follow with Pastor Heriberto Magallon officiating. After the service cremation will take place. The family has entrusted the Calvin Funeral Home of Hartford with assisting the family with arrangements.
