Rickey Lee Beck

Rickey Lee Beck, of Lawrence, was born June 17, 1969, in Killeen, Texas, the son of Larry and Sharon (Lane) Beck.

Rickey passed away at the age of 53, on Monday, Sept. 19, 2022, at The Timbers of Cass County in Dowagiac.

Rickey was formerly employed at Lawrence Masonry of Lansing, Mich., until health issues prevented him from working. He was an avid hunter and loved to fish especially for bass.

Rickey leaves behind to cherish his memory a daughter, Autumn Beck of Grand Junction, Mich.; his parents; a sister, Melissa Beck (Randy Edington); and a nephew, John Wesley Beck.

Rickey was preceded in passing by a daughter, Cassidy Beck; and his grandparents.

As to Rickey’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service to honor his memory will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 1, at the Calvin Funeral Home in Hartford. Pastor Shane McLean of the Barn Church of Scottsdale will serve as officiant. Visitation with the family will be from 1-2 p.m. prior to the service.
