Randy Lee Rayhill of Hartford passed away on Saturday June 27, 2015 at his home.
The family will receive friends at the New Life Harvest Ministries Church in Hartford on Tuesday from 1 - 2 p.m., followed by a memorial service to honor Randy's memory. Pastor Marla Thurman will officiate.
As to Randy's wishes, cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family. Memorial condolences for the family can be left on our website at http://www.calvin-leonardfh.com.
Randy was born July 7, 1952 in Fort Wayne, Ind., the son of Homer and Esther (Harold) Rayhill, both of whom precede him in passing. He was also preceded by his first wife, Rita, and a sister, Sandy.
Randy was a wonderful husband who loved his family dearly, including his dog, Sheina, and his cat, Shadow. He cherished the times spent with his many friends. Randy was a long haul semi-truck driver, driving for over 35 years, with his last employer being Hoekstra Transportation of Saint Anne, Ill.
Randy married the former Peggy Zook on April 26, 1999 and for the next 16 years they enjoyed their lives together. Peggy survives along with his three daughters: Jennifer (Mike) Schuh of Hillsboro, Mo., Kimberly (Erich) Klingler of Kokamo, Ind., and Rachel (Todd) Hobbs of Indianapolis, Ind.; a step-daughter, Heather (Ruppel) Tibbs of Kalamazoo; two granddaughters and three grandsons.
