Rachel Marie Curl

Rachel Marie Curl was born Feb. 29, 2000, at Bronson Lakeview Hospital, Paw Paw.

Rachel passed away suddenly Saturday, Oct. 17, 2020, at Bronson Methodist Hospital, Kalamazoo.

Rachel enjoyed being around friends and family. She loved the beach and watched the sunsets. She loved her dog, Max, and loved everyone she came in contact with. She had a very kind heart and thought the world of all her family and friends. She was the light and the encouragement of everyone that knew her.

Rachel leaves behind four sisters: Vanessa, Katelynn, Sarah, and Lisa Curl. She also leaves behind her big brother, David Curl and her parents: Jennifer and David Curl. She also leaves behind her grandparents: Maxine Dorse, and Janet and Wayne Gacnik; along with several other aunts; uncles; her niece, Isabella, and nephew, Jayce.

Her death is preceded with her grandpa, Lovone Curl, and her aunt, Bonnie Glisson. She will be greatly missed by everyone.

The family will welcome friends from noon to 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 26, at The Church Keeler, where the service to honor her memory will take place at 2 p.m. with Pastor Jesse Maya officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery, Hartford. In lieu of flowers, memorial donation’s can be made to Rachel’s family.
