Pearl Fisher, 90, of Hartford passed away with her family by her side on Wednesday, Sept. 21, 2016, at Bronson Commons Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Mattawan.
A funeral service will be held at noon Monday, Sept. 26, 2016, at Calvin Funeral Home, Hartford, officiated by Lonnie Truelove. Burial will follow at Keeler Cemetery in Keeler. Pearl was born April 30, 1926, in Franklin County, Ala., to Robert and Birtie (More) Martin. Pearl was a beloved daughter, aunt, mother, grandmother, sister, and a friend to many. She always put her family first and enjoyed spending time with them.
Survivors include sons: Charles (Pete) Fisher of Hartford, Jerry Fisher of Tuscumbia, Ala., and Roger Fisher of Hartford; daughters, Doris Davis of Paw Paw and Judy (Jeff) Brown of Hartford. She is also survived by two siblings, eight grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 16 great-great-grandchildren.
Pearl was preceded in death by her parents; former husband, A.J. Fisher; son, Bill Fisher; daughter, Deborah Wolford; two sons-in-law, Daniel Wolford, and James Davis; and two grandchildren, Jayden Fisher and Trinity Wolford.
