Lester Richard Beeman

Lester Richard Beeman, of Hartford, was born on Feb. 12, 1928, in Detroit, Mich., the son of Lester and Alegra (Marrin) Beeman.

Lester went to be with his Lord and Savior, on Monday, April 29, 2024, at his home in Hartford.

On May 19, 1956, Lester was united in marriage with Thelma Riggs, and she survives, along with a daughter, Janet (Andrew) Lawrence of Grand Junction; a son, John (Kathleen) Beeman of Kalamazoo; and two granddaughters, Paula (Christopher) Lawrence-Bode and Patricia (Zachery) Lawrence-Bartel.

Lester was preceded in passing by a daughter, Julie Dawn Beeman; his parents; and a sister, Alice Andrus.

Lester will be interred in Maple Hill Cemetery, Hartford, with a graveside service at 11 a.m., on Friday, May 3, 2024, with Pastor Benjamin Williamson officiating.
