Leanora Mildred Duck

Leanora Mildred Duck, 63, of Hartford passed away suddenly on Saturday, Feb. 8, 2020, at her home.

Leanora was born Dec. 2, 1956, in Benton Harbor, the daughter of Billy and Mary (Starback) Copeland, both of whom precede her in passing. Also preceding her in passing was a beloved dog, Caesar.

Leanora was formerly employed at the Panel Room in Hartford for over 15 years. In her spare time, she enjoyed gardening, taking care of, and dearly loving, her pets, and most importantly, spending time with her family, who will miss her dearly.

Leanora is survived by two daughters, Jennifer Duck and Lisa (Chris) Cannon, both of Hartford; a son, Shawn Duck of Paw Paw; grandchildren: Samantha Morris, Kaitlyn Miller, Christopher Gage, Skylar Cannon, Justin Duck and Sophia Duck; three great-grandchildren; her fiancee, Kerry Waughop of Eau Claire; a sister, JoAnn (Bill) Stanislawski of Bangor; two brothers, Jack Copeland of Watervliet and Bill Copeland of Arkansas; and her pet, Missy.
