Janice Lea Pyburn

Janice Lea Pyburn, 65 of Bangor, passed away Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at Bronson Methodist Hospital, Kalamazoo.

Janice was born February 21, 1947 in Watervliet, the daughter of Irving and Thelma (Strand) Yeckley, both of whom preceded her in passing. She was also preceded in passing by a sister: Mary Knowles.

In Janice’s spare time, she enjoyed crocheting and painting.

Janice is survived by four children: Tami (David) Kuhm of Pittsburgh, Pa., Lisa (Adam) Clark of Deltona, Fla., Travis McNees of Decatur and Charity (Chris) Cummins of Hartford, seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren, a brother: Wayne (Bonnie) Schoenemann of South Haven and a dear friend: Regina Wetzel of Bangor.

As per Janice’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service to honor her memory will commence at 11 A.M.; Saturday, January 19 at the Miracle Harvest Church, South Haven, with Pastor Tony Kuenzli officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Janice’s name may be made to the family. The family has entrusted the Calvin Funeral Home, Hartford with handling the arrangements.
