Jackson Roy Love, 30, of Wyoming, Mich., passed away suddenly Sunday, Nov. 27, 2016, at his home.
Jackson was born July 11, 1986, in Grand Rapids, the son of Vincent Love and Loretta Wesaw. He was a graduate of Grandville High School and then attended Baker College in Muskegon and Kalamazoo Valley Community College. He was a member of the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians and was formerly employed with Four Winds Casino. In his spare time, he loved playing video games, riding BMX and playing basketball.
Jackson is survived by his mother, Loretta; father, Vincent; a grandmother, Gail Love; five uncles; half sister, Jicayne Love; three aunts; and numerous cousins.
Jackson was preceded in passing by a grandfather, Duke Love.
The family will welcome friends from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, at the Calvin Funeral Home, Hartford, where the celebration of life to honor his memory will commence at 1 p.m. with Deacon Arthur Morsaw officiating.
