Helen Arminta Richter

Helen Richter died in the comfort of her home on June 17, 2015. She was just 17 days shy of her 95th birthday.

Helen was born, raised, and spent most of her life as a resident of Hartford, with the exception of a few years residing in Sister Lakes. She was a registered nurse and a graduate of Borgess School of Nursing. To her family she was the memory keeper who held every detail of the family genealogy.

Until her death, she still had perfect handwriting and never forgot a birthday. Helen was always smiling, an attentive listener, and loved company.

Helen leaves behind one brother, four children, nine grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two husbands, two sons, two sisters, and one brother.
