Dwayne Allen Boughner

Dwayne Allen Boughner, 42, of Hartford passed away suddenly on Monday, April 13, 2020.

Dwayne was born Oct. 18, 1977, in Wichita, Kan., the son of James and Cheryl Boughner. He was employed at the Orchard Hill Landfill in Watervliet. He was a kind man with the biggest heart who loved his dog, fishing, and most importantly, his family, especially the times spent with his children.

Dwayne is survived by his wife, Stephanie, whom he married on Dec. 7, 2018; five children: Livia Boughner, Carter Pepas, Savannah Swearengin, Sierra Swearengin and Blair McMeeken; a grandson, Jaxxon Russell; his parents; three brothers, Kenneth Koch, Jim Turner and Jason Boughner; his beloved dog, Sookie; and many other family members and friends.

Dwayne will be cremated and, due to current state and federal guidelines, no public services will be held at this time, but a Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
