Donnalee Marie Houser

Donnalee Marie Houser, 88, passed away Jan. 31st, 2023.

Donnalee was born Dec. 1st, 1934, in Hartford, the daughter of George and Dorothy Kabel, who preceded her in death. She worked for the Indiana Michigan Power company. Donnalee attended Hartford High School. Donnalee married her true love, Richard Houser, on Jan. 4th, 1964, who also preceded her in death.

Survivors include her granddaughter, Yvonne (Wesley) Wetzel; her two great-granddaughters, Dominque Marie and Savannah Lee; also her granddaughter, Kelsey (Cutler) Bakke; her niece, Sherry (Brad) Johnson; and nephew, Bob (Nita). Cousins on the Kabel side include Kaye Newell, Jim (Melinda) Kabel and Bob Kabel.

The family is holding private services in Donnamae’s honor, on Saturday, Feb. 4. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Donnamae’s name may be made to the Humane Society of Southwest Michigan.
