David Warren Lake

David Warren Lake, 73, of Benton Harbor was born April 30, 1949, in Fort Worth, Texas, the son of Matthew Jr. and Norma (Robertson) Lake, both of whom precede him in passing.

David passed away on Sunday, Oct. 30, 2022, at his home, surrounded by his loving family.

David was a police officer for many years.

David is survived by his wife, Theresa; a daughter, Samantha Pendergrass; a son, Anastacio Ferrer (Hope Nygaard); a grandson, Bryce Pendergrass; a granddaughter, Aelexis Pendergrass; and another grandchild on the way.

As to David’s wishes, cremation has taken place, and no formal services will be held. The family has entrusted the Calvin Funeral Home, Hartford, with arrangements. Memorial condolences for the family may be left at http://www.calvin-leonardfh.com.
