Christopher Frederick Lovelace

Christopher Frederick Lovelace, 59, of Dowagiac passed away suddenly on Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2020, at his home.

Christopher was born Dec. 22, 1960, in South Bend, Ind., the son of Otho and Virginia (Francis) Lovelace, both of whom precede him in passing.

Christopher was employed with North American Forest Products in Edwardsburg.

Christopher is survived by two children, Cory Lovelace (Kasie Rank) and Courtney Lovelace, both of Dowagiac; five grandsons, Dylan, Julian, Gavin, Aiden and Carter; and four siblings, Virgil (Diane) Lovelace, Charlotte (Glen) Lovelace-Waterson, Regina “Gina” Lovelace and Jamie Lovelace, all of Dowagiac.

The family will welcome friends from 6-7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 29, at the Redemption Church of Eau Claire, where funeral services will commence at 7 p.m., with Pastor John Saylor officiating. Burial will take place in Riverside Cemetery, Dowagiac. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Christopher’s name may be made to the family.
