Charlotte Ann Sieber

Charlotte Ann Sieber, 51, of Hartford passed away on Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013, as the result of an automobile accident.

Charlotte was born May 31, 1961, in Advance, Mo., the daughter of Charles and Elsie (Edwards) Bloomer, who survives.

Charlotte was a loving wife to Steven and a precious mother to her step-daughter, Sarah (Todd) Vosburgh of Decatur. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, Bethany, Alivia and Sadie Vosburgh. Charlotte is also survived by her siblings, James (Veronica) Bloomer, Patsy Suarez, Drenda (Joe) Yurt and Marie (Bill) Ledserd, all of Florida, Norma Bloomer of Indiana, and J.C. (Patty) Bloomer, Carl (Linda) Bloomer, Patricia (Bill) Harkey, Charles "Bob" Bloomer and Tina (Steve) Demaria, all of Michigan; a dear niece, Heather Bloomer of Dowagiac; and several other nieces, nephews and friends.

Charlotte was employed at Pilkington North America Inc. in Niles. She was a member of the Keeler General Baptist Church and had many hobbies, including sewing, upholstery, quilt making and many other crafts.

The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013, at the Keeler General Baptist Church gym, where a celebration of life service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 22, 2013, in the sanctuary. Pastor Efrain Maya will officiate. Charlotte will be laid to rest in Keeler Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Keeler General Baptist Church.
