Adrian Robles

Adrian Robles, 46, of Lawrence Township passed away Tuesday, Nov. 16, 2021, at Bronson Methodist Hospital, Kalamazoo, Mich.

Adrian was born July 3, 1975, in Pabellon de Arteaga Aguascalientes, Mexico, the son of Antonio and Oralia (Rodriguez) Robles. He was employed for his entire working life at GLCC of Paw Paw. He loved sports, especially basketball, football and soccer, and coached and played in the Hispanic League. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, but most importantly, loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He was a family-oriented man, who always wore a smile on his face.

Adrian married Sara Wicoff on April 28, 2006, and she survives, along with a daughter, Hannah Robles; two grandsons: Isaiah Vazquez-Robles and Joseph Robles; his mother and father; four brothers: Abraham (Patricia) Robles, Abel (Santa) Robles, Antonio (Francisca) Robles and Andres Robles; three sisters: Anita Robles (Marcus Solis), Alma (Adrian) Reyna and Amanda Robles; brother-in-law, Brian Nelson (Stephanie); sister-in-law, Rebecca (Michael) Ford; mother-in-law, Elaine Michelle Wicoff; and many other family members and friends.

Adrian was preceded in passing by his paternal and maternal grandparents: Luciano and Andrea Robles and Saul and Ignacia Rodriguez; and other family members.

The family will welcome friends from 11 a.m. to noon on Monday, Nov. 22, at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Hartford, where the Mass of Christian celebration of his life will commence at noon, with Father German Perez-Diaz as celebrant. Burial will follow in Hill Cemetery, Lawrence Township. The family has entrusted the Calvin Funeral Home, Hartford, with arrangements.
